Report on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy 2024

The Institute for Competitiveness released the third edition of the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) report. This report is data-centric and designed to deepen our comprehension of the overarching landscape of Foundational Learning while highlighting the barriers faced by each state and union territory. It serves as a benchmark against which we measure their performance by delving into themes related to implementation science, convergence of artificial intelligence in foundational education and capacity building.
