Dr. Kapoor moderated the session titled “Future Proofing India: Educating Gen next for fuzzy careers” at the Hero Mindmine Summit organised on September 13-14, 2022 in New Delhi.

Given the dynamism and fluidity around jobs and skills, the education system must be enabled in a manner that it strengthens future careers while creating jobs providers and entrepreneurs. There is also a growing clarity on strengthening and digitalising basic education so that its tays localised, remains relevant and leads to sustainable learning. The session would aim to understand how various stakeholders in Indias education sector must reinvent themselves in the coming years, given that Indias is projected to have 20% of the worlds working population by 2047.
