Report on India Innovation Index 2020

The India Innovation Index 2020 was released by the NITI Aayog with Institute for Competitiveness as the knowledge partner. The 2020 edition builds on the previous years methodology by introducing more metrics to provide a more holistic outlookof the Indian economy. 

The report was released by Dr. Rajiv Kumar, Vice-Chairman, NITI Aayog in the presence of Shri Amitabh Kant, Chief Executive Officer, NITI Aayog; Dr. V.K. Saraswat, Member (S&T), NITI Aayog; Shri Neeraj Sinha, Adviser (S&T), NITI Aayog and Dr. Amit Kapoor, Chair, Institute for Competitiveness.
