How Higher Education would Change

Dr. Amit Kapoor addressed the participants at the Academic Leadership Academy on June 26, 2013 at Pennsylvania State University, USA.

Each year’s Academy cohort is comprised of a diverse group of 70 to 80 academic administrators, including department heads, program directors, academic deans, and associate provosts. Given the increasing demands and complexities of higher education leadership, many academic leaders are faced with difficult internal and external challenges in promoting the success and vitality of their home institutions.
