Encouraging Gender Diversity: The Unseen Barriers

Dr. Amit Kapoor shared his views at the Conference on Women Empowerment: Bringing Women to the Boardrooms on December 17, 2013 at Hotel Westin, Gurgaon.

In an initiative to empower the Indian Women and bring them to boardrooms, the CII organized a Conference on Women Empowerment at Hotel Westin, Gurgaon on 17th December 2013. The CII National Committee on Women Empowerment works with industry to strengthen women’s role and participation in the economic sphere and community affairs. The focus areas of the committee are: Gender equality at workplace; Prevention of sexual harassment at workplace and Women empowerment at the community level.
