Dr. Kapoor shared his opinion at the Governance Now Forum held in New Delhi, India on August 21, 2010. The theme Bihar on the Move was fully scrutinized to reveal the vast opportunities in the once forgotten and condemned region of India. With a new governance and new motives driving the growth of the economy in Bihar, new found exists for a land that was once known to be in the dark ages.

Dr. Kapoor was invited as a panelist to Istanbul, Turkey to share his perspective on the emerging indian economy and the opportunities that the new destination for investment provides. The seminar took place on the June 28, 2010.
