Dr. Kapoor was invited by Star News for a special commentary of the performance of the different ministeries in the Indian central government on October 01, 2009. The study of competitiveness was taken a step further to include the policy makers and decision takers of India and assess them through the lenses of efficieny and effctiveness. The framework of competitiveness includes the regulatory and administrative bodies and recognises the crucial role played by them in shaping the economy.
