Institute for Competitiveness Research Report Return Policy
The reports done by Institute for Competitiveness, India use proprietary and non proprietary information that is analysed, assessed and presented in reports. The reports are delivered in electronic i.e., Portable Document Format (PDF) and print format. Once reports are delivered in electronic format a refund will not be initiated.

Institute for Competitiveness Conference Cancellation Policy
If cancellation should be necessary, written or email notification (info@competitiveness.in) to Institute for Competitiveness, India is required four (4) weeks to seven (7) business days prior to the first day of the conference or workshop depending on the event that is being organized. You may receive a refund of up to 50 per cent of fee deposited depending on the time you withdraw from the program. The refund policy for conferences and workshops are defined for each program separately. If you find that you cannot attend, and it is less than five (5) business days before the start of the first event, you may send a replacement, with written notice to Institute for Competitiveness, India If you are unable to send a replacement, you forfeit your registration fee. Institute for Competitiveness, India reserves the right to cancel a course or conference for which there is insufficient registration. Fees paid will be refunded in full for any cancelled course or conference. In case the course or conference is postponed due to an act of God then the registgration fee paid would be adjusted against the next available course.
