Funding
The trust’s funds come from its internal activities and publications which are duly sold to companies and governments. We create knowledge affiliations and MoUs for most of our purposes with organizations that directly or indirectly aid in the collection, processing and dissemination of information. Apart from which speaking engagements, training sessions and consultancy work form the source for rest of the funding for our organizations.
The purpose of the institute is to create an expansive and exhaustive source of information and hence, solutions for the Indian economy. To support this endeavour, the Institute has financed many independent studies from renowned institutes like the IIM Ahemdabad.
IFC shall both raise funding for its initiatives, and be an Angel Investor supporting research and competitiveness disseminating projects.
It shall welcome support in shape of Annual Grants, Professorial Chairs, sponsoring of Centers of Excellence.
Teams/ organizations desirous of availing IFC’s financial support may forward an abstract of the intended work, along with its targeted beneficiary group’s profiles. IFC shall, on run of due diligence, grant the solicited funding, in part or full as per its discretion. We encourage independent thinkers and innovators to approach us with an abstract of their study or ideas. The Journal of Competitiveness and The India Economic Quarterly are trend generators and innovation setters which have been especially published to create and forward a new generation of thinkers and ideas. Available on subscription, we accept papers after solicitation and scrutiny for these subscribed magazine and journal.
Institute for Competitiveness remains self funded to forward radical, productive ideas independent of any other motive apart from the development and prosperity of the nation and therefore, believes in creating a funding model that does not support any sect, model or thought.
