Competitiveness canot be the prerogative of the companies and firms alone. an all encompassing concept, education must also fall within the purview of competitiveness to ensure quality education and extensive impartment. Dr. Kapoor was invited to give his view on the alliances that can be formed to mitigate the shortcomings of the Indian Education sector through foreign alliances.
